If you're like me, then I know you're looking for ways to help your neighbors during COVID-19.
My team has been putting together resources to help, and I wanted to make sure you knew about them, too.
Food banks across the state are stepping up to help our neighbors get the food they need. But due to this crisis, they're seeing a surge in demand as children are out of school, workers are losing their jobs, and seniors are unable to safely leave their homes.
They need our support to provide meals to all Iowans that need it. Here are two organizations that could use your help:
The Food Bank of Iowa is working on the frontlines of this pandemic to help families put food on the table. If you can, please consider making a donation to the Food Bank of Iowa's COVID-19 relief fund.

Feeding America is working to help food banks across the country keep up with the surge in demand. Chip in to their COVID-19 response fund to help them continue to provide meals for our country's most vulnerable.

Iowans are resilient. If we keep looking out for one another, we will get through these tough times together.
Stay well,
Theresa
