Fossil fuel groups are asking SCOTUS to overturn California’s clean car waiver after a U.S. Court of Appeals already ruled against them.

Look, John: The conservative supermajority appointed by Donald Trump has made it clear time and time again they stand with fossil fuel companies over our environment. Their goal is to block us from making any progress to fight the climate crisis.

But their power is not absolute. Congress is an equal branch of government and we can pass legislation that the Supreme Court cannot overturn. This election is our only chance to make sure the GOP’s plan to pack the court with anti-environment justices will not succeed.
