Donald Trump just announced that Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) will join his ticket as the vice presidential pick.

J.D. Vance celebrated the overturning of Roe v. Wade and the resulting loss of reproductive access for millions of Americans. J.D. Vance voted to defund Planned Parenthood. J.D. Vance championed a bill that puts IVF at risk. J.D. Vance has vocally and proudly supported some of the most restrictive abortion legislation in the country, including bans that make no exceptions for sexual assault or the life of the pregnant person. When Ohio voters approved a ballot initiative that enshrined abortion access in his state, J.D. Vance called it a "gut punch."
To put it simply, J.D. Vance is an anti-choice extremist who has no place in the White House. And if elected, he will join Donald Trump in enacting an anti-choice agenda.
