Trump-appointee, Judge Aileen Cannon, just dismissed the classified documents case against Trump – arguably the strongest and most important case against him – because she decided Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel violated the Constitution. Judge Cannon showed herself to be wildly biased and jaw-droppingly incompetent throughout the case, and bent over backwards to help Trump.
