*July 15, 2024 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 30007-158-GP-24 (Record No. 17585)* - The Wyoming Public Service Commission approved the Amended Application of Frannie Deaver Utilities for authority to adjust its Commodity Balancing Account tariff to pass on a total purchased gas cost decrease of $0.0702 per Mcf, effective for usage on and after July 1, 2024. This approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, additional investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.
