AAPC Condemns Attempted Assassination of Former President Donald Trump
 
McLean, VA (July 15, 2024) — The American Association of Political Consultants condemns the attempted assassination of former President Trump in the strongest terms and joins with President Biden in condemning this senseless attack. There is no place for violence in our political system.
 
Our condolences go out to the family of firefighter Corey Comperatore and the others wounded in the attempt.
 
Founded in 1969, the AAPC is a bipartisan organization of political and public affairs professionals dedicated to improving democracy. The AAPC has more than 1,800 members hailing from all corners of the globe. The Board of Directors is comprised of 32 members, evenly divided between Republicans and Democrats.
