Jack xxxxxx,
As we enter what may be the toughest couple of weeks since the COVID-19 pandemic began, we're staying focused on providing updates and resources to the #TX24 community. Please join us for our 5th Virtual Town Hall -- this time we're focusing on veterans.
Our special guests include:
Dr. Rita Brock is the Senior Vice President of Moral Injury and Director of the Shay Moral Injury Center Volunteers of America. She leads the organization’s efforts to deepen understanding about moral injury in the many populations who experience it. The center builds on Volunteers of America’s work, spanning more than a century, of helping veterans and others who live with emotional trauma.
Dr. John Burruss is the CEO of Metrocare Services, the largest provider of mental health services in North Texas. Metrocare provides primary care centers for adults and children, services for veterans and their families, accessible pharmacies, housing and supportive social services.
Mea Williams is the CEO and President of Grace After Fire and a Navy veteran. Grace After Fire’s mission is to help women veterans to get back on their feet, and equip them with the tools they need to be successful in their communities.
