About the position

The OnBase Administrator & Process Improvement Coordinator will play an essential role in integrating continuous organizational improvement for the agency by evaluating program processes, designing or improving processes, and aligning program processes with the agency’s strategic goals and objectives.

This position also provides operational and technical support for the Minnesota Department of Human Rights' database management system, OnBase.

*Salary Range:* $25.29 - $36.71 / hourly; $52,805 - $76,650 / annually
