Zionist Organization of America National President Morton A. Klein and Chair Rubin Margules released the following statement:
The ZOA wishes a Refuah Shelaima - a full recovery - to fmr. President Donald Trump and to all the other innocent victims wounded during the assassination attempt on President Trump at the Trump rally in Butler, PA over the weekend. ZOA also sends our deep condolences to the family of the innocent rally attendee, volunteer firefighter Corey Comperatore, who was murdered.
ZOA appreciates and praises the fast, courageous action by the Secret Service and law enforcement.
ZOA also calls on President Biden to finally provide Secret Service protection to presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and to provide the increased protection requested by President Trump’s security people.
We pray for the safety of all Americans, and all our leaders and candidates.
