All of us at Blue South are deeply saddened by the news: A rifle-wielding man opened fire at Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania injuring Trump and killing an innocent bystander.
As our hearts break for those affected by this attack, we want to make one thing absolutely clear: Political violence has no place in our country.
We may have our differences and disagreements, but engaging in peaceful and open debate is the only way to advance as a nation. When someone on either side turns to violence, we must all come together and loudly condemn their cowardly actions.
