Thank you to everyone who has helped out with the launch of this year's Vote By Mail effort! In less than 2 weeks we have reached over 25,000 Millennial voters! That's a fantastic start, but we're far from done!

** Good News in New Jersey

* While Governor Murphy was on vacation, Acting Governor Sheila Oliver was busy signing bills! We've now got more bills to help veterans ([link removed]) , more help for the deaf and hard of hearing ([link removed]) , and protection for workers from wage theft ([link removed]) .
* Moms Demand Action and other gun safety groups are happy with the direction NJ is going in. The newest bills (signed by Action Governor Oliver) address community based violence intervention programs ([link removed]) .
* We're thrilled to see the great activist group SOMA Action (South Orange Maplewood) has endorsed candidates Christine Clarke and Laura Fortgang for LD26 ([link removed]) in this November's election!
* Great news for High School students in New Jersey! Research has long shown that teenagers should be sleeping in later but most schools still start early. Last week Governor Murphy signed a bill that will get NJ looking into later school times. ([link removed]) Five schools will be selected for the first trial.
