Have you experienced heat waves, floods, wildfires, hurricanes or other extreme weather?
This summer, we’ve already seen record-breaking heat waves sweep the United States, massive wildfires destroy thousands of acres in California and Utah, devastating damage and flooding from Hurricane Beryl, and more.
Climate change is making extreme weather more frequent, severe and costly –– threatening the lives and livelihoods of millions of people.
We want to hear from you, John. Have you or your community experienced extreme weather? Take our three-question poll about extreme weather and resilience to let us know about your experience:

There is no time to lose when fighting climate change. We must act now to protect communities and ecosystems –– especially the most vulnerable –– that are suffering from weather disasters and other climate impacts.
When it comes to extreme weather, slashing climate pollution will help in the long term. But in the short term, these weather disasters are here to stay, so we need to adapt. That’s where resilience efforts come into play.
From protecting water quality to restoring wetlands, there are steps we can take to help communities build resilience and adapt to climate change. But it can be hard to keep up with what is happening or possible. Will you share with us how extreme weather has affected you and what you might know about climate resilience?
Take our three-question poll about extreme weather and resilience now:
