Late Tuesday, Children’s Health Defense and RFK Jr. won the latest round in our landmark censorship lawsuit against the Biden administration.
A district court judge denied the U.S. government’s bid to overturn our preliminary injunction — an injunction ordering key Biden administration officials to stop coercing social media platforms to censor online content until our lawsuit is settled.
Less than 24 hours later, the government fired back, filing an emergency motion with the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in yet another effort to prevent our injunction from taking effect.
That’s how desperate the government is to censor you … and to keep you from hearing opinions on science and health that don’t align with the censorship-industrial-complex’s official “messaging.”

Our censorship lawsuit — Kennedy et al. v. Biden et al. — and a similar case, Missouri v. Biden (now Murthy v. Missouri), have been winding their way through the courts for more than two years.
The two cases make similar allegations: key Biden administration officials, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, colluded with social media giants to censor content the White House didn’t like.
As Judge Terry A. Doughty said a year ago when he granted an injunction in the Missouri v. Biden case:
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth.’”
CHD is committed to dismantling the government’s “Ministry of Truth.”
