I’m proud to share that Sunrise is endorsing Raquel Terán for Congress in Arizona’s 3rd District. Raquel is an organizer. She’s taken on corrupt politicians, abusive bosses, & xenophobic elected officials — and won.

Raquel has been one of the strongest champions in Arizona for a Green New Deal, reproductive rights, and labor unions. Now, she’s running for Congress to take the fight to DC. I don’t need to tell you how much we need more voices like her in Congress fighting alongside us. 

The contrast in this race is clear. Raquel is endorsed by progressive groups like the AFL-CIO, the Working Families Party, and Planned Parenthood, plus elected officials like US Senator Mark Kelly (AZ). 

Her opponent’s campaign is funded by the same millionaires who fund Donald Trump and other anti-abortion, anti-democracy MAGA Republicans. 

Polls show Raquel is leading, but not by much. She needs people like you and me to step up to help her win on July 30th.
