Calling With Kindness

Our trial of ‘Calling With Kindness’ together last week went well, so we’re doing it again next Tuesday 28th April. Meet up on Zoom for a quick chat at 6pm, we’ll make some calls for an hour or so and then have a debrief together at around 7pm.

If you’ve never made calls before on our connect system and would like some help getting started, that’s no problem - members of my team will be on hand to provide everything you need.  

Sunday Night Quiz 

My team and I run a fun quiz on zoom every Sunday at 8pm.  We usually have around 60 to 70 households taking part. 

We’ve recently increased the security measures for people who want to play so you are now required to register in advance.  This allows us to verify people before allowing them into the online quiz. 

You only need to register once and it will allow you access to the quiz each week after you’ve been verified. Friends and family who are not party members can also join the quiz, we will just need you to vouch for them first.

Lib Dem Iftar

Finally, this Saturday I’ll be showing solidarity for everyone fasting during Ramadan by not eating anything between sunrise and sunset and then joining other Lib Dems for our first #LibDemIftar.  Coronavirus did not stop many people from celebrating Easter, Passover and Vaisakhi and I’m proud to support Councillor Hina Bokhari with her celebratory initiative.
