Weekly Newsletter: Both parties have failed to be honest with the American people. No Labels is working every day to tell it like it is.

John,
Is it any wonder that Americans’ trust is collapsing in all our institutions?
President Biden’s terrible late June debate performance – followed by weeks of evasions and smokescreens about his capacity to serve – is yet another example of a political establishment that simply can’t be straight with the American people.
Former President Trump and his allies of course have peddled an endless litany of falsehoods, most notably his continued claim that he won the 2020 election.
It is so insulting to have politicians repeatedly tell you things you know aren’t true. It is so frustrating that our broken political system produced this Trump-Biden rematch two-thirds of the country didn’t want. I imagine you feel the same way.
Two years ago, when the Washington consensus insisted that the American people were fine with a rematch of the previous election, No Labels knew millions of Americans felt differently. That led us to embark on the Unity ticket project years before anyone in the Beltway Bubble publicly acknowledged how grim this election would be.
Although we couldn’t find a ticket, our movement has a critical role to play in holding America together and holding our leaders to account.
The political and media establishment may not give it to you straight, but No Labels will.
Our two presidential candidates may prefer talking about personal attacks and past grievances than real issues but we’re going to stay focused on the issues we know matter to you, like the fact our national debt is growing $1 trillion every 100 days. Just this week, the new Republican Party platform stripped out every mention of the need to address our soaring debt and deficit, meaning that both parties are now fully behind a reckless path that threatens to bankrupt our country and destroy the futures of our kids and grandkids.
Others in Washington may be content burying their heads and pretending business as usual in DC is fine. But it isn’t. You know it, and I know it. We’re going to keep organizing and educating our community, and we’re always going to give it to you straight.
Our critical work in the coming months will culminate on December 12th when we gather at the One Nation Conference in Washington, DC, to elevate those leaders willing to put country before party. If you want to add your voice to this rally for unity and truth, sign up here.

By: Lynn Schmidt
No Labels has come forward and shared that political elites and operatives — mainly from the Democratic party — started aligning against them. No Labels Chief Strategist Ryan Clancy wrote the following in an email: “[T]he political hacks working against us decided to spread every lie they could about our effort, at one point even hijacking our website to make it look like we were a pro-Trump group.”

By Samuel Benson
“The same groups of operatives and party elites that were trying to kill off No Labels were the same people who have been gaslighting the whole public about Biden’s condition,” Clancy told me. “It’s like, irony isn’t dead.”
