In a time of crisis, sexually exploited children are more vulnerable than ever before

John,

Your compassion opened the door for her life to be transformed!

Anna* was entrapped with false promises — lured into a life of darkness, violence, and sexual exploitation by her trafficker. She couldn’t make choices that were her own, pursue an education, or chase her dreams.

Thank God, and thanks to you, her story didn’t end there.

Today, this young woman is off the streets, out of the control of her trafficker, and safe in our partner’s care. She is participating in the Survivor Leadership Academy — is enrolled in college — and received straight A’s her first semester! Even in today’s difficult climate, she’s safe, continuing her studies, and is excelling … because of friends like you.

Anna is no stranger to a life turned upside down. She’s a survivor. And with your valued support, she’ll continue to work toward healing and pursuing her career dreams. She will have a voice and a choice over her life.

Survivors of minor sex trafficking need support now desperately. Shared Hope is working around the clock to support adults and youth through our partners on the front lines. Specialized services are imperative for addressing the harm and trauma experienced by commercially sexually exploited children.

And right now, sexually exploited children and adults who are already vulnerable are even more at risk of losing access to critical housing, employment, education, and high-quality psychosocial, emotional, physical, and person-centered care.

We won’t let that happen!

If you are able to stand with us right now, I would be so grateful. Together, we will continue providing emergency funds, such as basic needs like groceries and rent, to help survivors in need of assistance.

In times of crisis, our resolve is strengthened. We are committed to helping survivors safely weather this pandemic storm — so they can maintain their goals, their growth, and their freedom.

Thank you for taking action with Shared Hope.

We recognize any gift you give today for survivors like Anna may be a significant sacrifice. We are grateful you choose to stand with us in unity and in hope.

You are making a difference … and protecting lives! Thank you!
