Medicaid Act of 2024, which recently passed both chambers of the Delaware
General Assembly.
This legislation will unlock $175 million annually in new federal and
state funding to protect, enhance, and expand Medicaid coverage for the
nearly 33% of Delawareans who rely on this critical program. It’s the
largest ongoing investment in health care in the First State since the
Affordable Care Act.
This is
just one example of how I roll up my sleeves to get big things done.
