And that’s true y’all – but the fact of the matter is, for Black folks, the stakes are always high, and they continue to get higher.
That’s why, no matter what happens, we’ll keep up our fight for Black liberation. Along with our efforts to show up in force to vote for leaders who will fight for our vision of Black safety, joy, and liberation, we’re also working OUTSIDE the system: supporting the needs and joy of our communities, organizing on the front lines, and building alternative approaches to public safety.
