Welcome back to another edition of our weekly Kean for Congress newsletter
update. I know it's been a while since you last heard from me and there is a
lot to catch you up on...
Firstly, I want to reiterate from my post-primary email my deepest thanks to
everyone who made the June 4th Primary extremely successful for Team Kean and
Republicans across NJ07. With your help and hard work, Tom won his primary with
over 78% of the vote, and won every town in the District. You made this
possible - the phone banks, door knocking, and direct voter contact paved the
way for a successful election night.Together, we called over 60,000 voters and
knocked ontens of thousands of doors across all six counties.
Team Kean is looking forward to working with all local candidates in the
coming months, to help ensure Republican victories up and down the ticket. We
are guided by a simple message:
ONE TEAM, ONE DREAM
Since the primary, our field team has been busy launching our general election
plan, motivating our volunteer base, hosting phone banks, and door knocking!We
are just under 4 months until ELECTION DAY, and every day counts.
We've also received some major endorsements, and just closed out Q2. (see
below!)

✅ Fire Grants and Safety Act Signed Into Law ✅
On July 9th, Tom helped secure a major win for firefighters and first
responders. TheFire Grant and Safety Act will provide a five-year
reauthorization for the U.S. Fire Administration (USFA), the Assistance to
Firefighter Grants (AFG) Program, and the Staffing for Adequate Fire and
Emergency Response Grant (SAFER) Program. The bill was authored by Congressman
Kean and signed into law by the President in the Oval Office.
“This bill will provide firefighters, as well as the communities they serve,
the protection they both need. As a former volunteer firefighter and EMT, I
know that we cannot play political games with the needs of our first
responders.The Fire Grants and Safety Act passed the House with a 92% vote and
with 88% in the Senate. We worked across the aisle and found common ground. We
delivered big results that will change lives for the better.”

Field Update
Since the Primary, Tom and the team have been in the field regularly. Tom
participated in July 4th celebrations in Morris, Sussex, Union, and Warren
Counties, and has joined local candidates in door knocking and voter contact
efforts.
From the field team, our Directors have met with local candidates across all
six counties to work on building and implementing our on-the-ground plan. Have
you seen our volunteers and partners at your door yet?
In addition to meeting with local candidates, we have launched our summer door
knocking efforts in towns likeWestfield, Mendham Borough, Long Hill, Warren
Township, Flemington, Hackettstown, Bridgewater, Bedminster, Winfield Park and
Scotch Plains(just to name a few!). We have already brought our message to
thousands of new voters, with thousands more still in the pipeline.Don't forget

coming weeks.
Kean for Congress has also relaunched our weekly phone bank series in
Somerset, Hunterdon, and Morris counties. We are engaging in positive
conversations with the critical swing-voter universe, a key to our winning
coalition.
Recent phone banks have resulted in as many as 10,000 calls made to voters. We
couldn't do it without our dedicated team of volunteers!

Volunteer of the Week:
Nick Cuozzo
Nick Cuozzo has lived in Bernards for almost 20 years, and is an active,
effective, and compassionate member of our community. Nick serves on the
Township Planning Board, and as an Environmental Commissioner in Bernards. Nick
is a candidate for Somerset County Commissioner. Since our field program launch
in April, Nick has been a constant presence with his running mate Rocky,
joining our volunteers to knock doors in the county! This week, he knocked for
the Kean Team in the NJ07 section of Hillsborough. Please thank Nick for all
his hard work - we are lucky to have him on the Kean for Congress team.

Welcome back to another edition of our weekly Kean for Congress newsletter
update. I know it's been a while since you last heard from me and there is a
lot to catch you up on...
Firstly, I want to reiterate from my post-primary email my deepest thanks to
everyone who made the June 4th Primary extremely successful for Team Kean and
Republicans across NJ07. With your help and hard work, Tom won his primary with
over 78% of the vote, and won every town in the District. You made this
possible - the phone banks, door knocking, and direct voter contact paved the
way for a successful election night.Together, we called over 60,000 voters and
knocked ontens of thousands of doors across all six counties.
Team Kean is looking forward to working with all local candidates in the
coming months, to help ensure Republican victories up and down the ticket. We
are guided by a simple message:
ONE TEAM, ONE DREAM
Since the primary, our field team has been busy launching our general election
plan, motivating our volunteer base, hosting phone banks, and door knocking!We
are just under 4 months until ELECTION DAY, and every day counts.
We've also received some major endorsements, and just closed out Q2. (see

✅ Fire Grants and Safety Act Signed Into Law ✅
On July 9th, Tom helped secure a major win for firefighters and first
responders. TheFire Grant and Safety Act will provide a five-year
reauthorization for the U.S. Fire Administration (USFA), the Assistance to
Firefighter Grants (AFG) Program, and the Staffing for Adequate Fire and
Emergency Response Grant (SAFER) Program. The bill was authored by Congressman
Kean and signed into law by the President in the Oval Office.
“This bill will provide firefighters, as well as the communities they serve,
the protection they both need. As a former volunteer firefighter and EMT, I
know that we cannot play political games with the needs of our first
responders.The Fire Grants and Safety Act passed the House with a 92% vote and
with 88% in the Senate. We worked across the aisle and found common ground. We
delivered big results that will change lives for the better.”

Field Update
Since the Primary, Tom and the team have been in the field regularly. Tom
participated in July 4th celebrations in Morris, Sussex, Union, and Warren
Counties, and has joined local candidates in door knocking and voter contact
efforts.
From the field team, our Directors have met with local candidates across all
six counties to work on building and implementing our on-the-ground plan. Have
you seen our volunteers and partners at your door yet?
In addition to meeting with local candidates, we have launched our summer door
knocking efforts in towns likeWestfield, Mendham Borough, Long Hill, Warren
Township, Flemington, Hackettstown, Bridgewater, Bedminster, Winfield Park and
Scotch Plains(just to name a few!). We have already brought our message to
thousands of new voters, with thousands more still in the pipeline.Don't forget

coming weeks.
Kean for Congress has also relaunched our weekly phone bank series in
Somerset, Hunterdon, and Morris counties. We are engaging in positive
conversations with the critical swing-voter universe, a key to our winning
coalition.
Recent phone banks have resulted in as many as 10,000 calls made to voters. We
couldn't do it without our dedicated team of volunteers!

Volunteer of the Week:
Nick Cuozzo
Nick Cuozzo has lived in Bernards for almost 20 years, and is an active,
effective, and compassionate member of our community. Nick serves on the
Township Planning Board, and as an Environmental Commissioner in Bernards. Nick
is a candidate for Somerset County Commissioner. Since our field program launch
in April, Nick has been a constant presence with his running mate Rocky,
joining our volunteers to knock doors in the county! This week, he knocked for
the Kean Team in the NJ07 section of Hillsborough. Please thank Nick for all
his hard work - we are lucky to have him on the Kean for Congress team.
