The New Republican Platform Must Not Abandon Conservatism

Ronald Reagan once warned, “Freedom is a fragile thing and it’s never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by way of inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation.” To that I would only add: It must also be fought for and defended every four years at the Republican convention. The RNC just adopted a new party platform BEHIND CLOSED DOORS which maintains and supports many of the accomplishments of the Trump-Pence Administration, but unfortunately fails to meet the mark of previous platforms.

For starters, this new platform:

- Supports tariffs
- Fails to address China’s quest for global domination
- Removes previous language supporting our allies
- Does not mention anything about the dangers of TikTok
- Waters down federal protections on life
- Ignores our government spending crisis
- Fails to address much-needed “entitlement” reform.

Given these changes and updates, we need to know where you stand, John.

Eau Claire School District, Wisconsin, urging the Supreme Court to take up this case and rule that parents suffer harm when school districts hide from them the so-called social gender transition of their children.
