Thanks to your efforts, Wednesday was a victory for voter
integrity! But we aren’t done yet! The SAVE Act passed the House of
Representatives on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, and now the Senate must pass their
version of the bill, S. 4292, introduced by Senator Mike Lee.
Continue to push!

First, [link removed] fill out our form to quickly
send your senators a message asking them to cosponsor and support S. 4292.
Second, after you fill out the form to send the email message to both of your senators, we will provide the phone number you can use to call – so you don’t even have to look it up! Use that number to call your senators and ask them
the same: “Will you be a co-sponsor and vote YES on S. 4292? 87% of Americans
agree with providing proof of citizenship to register to vote, including 82% of
people who approve of Biden and 80% of Democrats. Americans agree: Only
citizens should vote!”

Lastly, we must send these messages to all senators, whether they are Republicans or Democrats. We want all Republican senators to sign on as cosponsors, and we want to see if we can pull even just a few Democrats to either cosponsor or at least vote for the bill. This is an election year and as you can see above, the polling in support of only citizens registering to vote is overwhelming, even among Democrat voters. Don’t assume that all Democrats will oppose. Some of them in tight races may need to vote yes, hoping that Joe Biden will veto it later. So, don’t let them off the hook!
