Just this week, we’ve seen how MAGA Republican governors have risked the lives of their constituents by refusing federal emergency funding after natural disasters hit their states.
And in Congress, we’ve seen how a GOP-controlled House has prevented this administration’s efforts to cap gas prices, pass paid family leave, expand the child tax credit, create safer communities through common-sense gun reform, and pass the Women’s Health Protection Act to ensure safe and legal abortion.
The difference could not be more clear. Republicans across this country are using their positions of power to restrict Americans’ rights and create benefits for themselves.
