"I need my friends now more than ever" is what a battleground Democrat in
Congress told us after calling on President Biden to step down.

George Clooney made clear how hard this moment is for many Democrats who
admire Biden's record the last four years. "I consider him a friend, and I
believe in him," Clooney said before calling on him to pass the torch.

We MUST win the House in 2024. Including these embattled Democrats who
gulped hard and followed their conscience this week:

Today: Marie Gluesenkamp Perez who flipped a red seat in 2022 with 50.41%.
Today: Hillary Scholten from Michigan who flipped a red seat in 2022 with
54.9%.
Yesterday: Pat Ryan from New York who won with 51.4% in 2022.
Sunday: Susan Wild from Pennsylvania who won with 51.0% in 2022.
Saturday: Angie Craig from Minnesota who won 50.9% in 2022.

Axios reports that while the chaos in the presidential race plays out,
"Donors are now planning to go bigger on contributions to House and Senate
candidates in a bid to build a Capitol Hill firewall." For democracy’s
