I’m getting back from Laredo, Texas, a critical hotspot in our nation's ongoing illegal immigration crisis.


During my visit, I witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas' immigration policies. I observed two Border Patrol Agents responding to video footage of nine migrants crossing the Rio Grande River, only to see them evade capture and join millions on the ever growing "gotaways" list.

Under President Biden's administration, we've seen approximately 12 million illegal crossings nationwide, exceeding the populations of 36 states. This influx not only strains our resources but diverts taxpayer dollars away from crucial community needs such as supporting our veterans, families, and first responders.


It doesn't have to be this way.


Just four years ago, President Trump was strengthening our borders with an effective border wall. His leadership even led the Mexican government to assist in curbing illegal crossings. Today, however, we face a stark contrast with tens of thousands of Chinese nationals, terror suspects, MS-13 gang members, and convicted criminals flooding into our communities.


The urgency of addressing our border security crisis with decisive action has never been greater. That is why I am calling on you to join me in standing with President Trump and his border policies, and the America First candidates who are supporting him every step of the way.
