There are already so many barriers to higher education for Black students across the country. No one should be struggling for years and even decades to pay back debt for pursuing knowledge and opportunity.

That’s why Black Lives Matter started our very own student debt relief fund, the Student Solidarity Fund as an extension of our COVID-era Survival Fund in 2022, and it’s why we continue to organize on issues like this.
