Thanks to everyone that has volunteered to gather petitions to put the Green Party back on the Ballot in Missouri in 2024!?

Over the next two weeks many Greens around the state are pushing to reach our goal of 15,000 signatures so as to make sure that the Secretary of State's office confirms 10,000 of them as valid.? We currently have in hand 13,500 signatures!

Here are the details for submitting petition sheets as well as ways to help process them and submit them to the MO Secretary of State on Monday, July 29th:

Friday, July 26th- Deadline for all petition sheets to be mailed andRECEIVEDatPO Box 32873 Kansas City, MO 64171. Therefore, you should have them in the mail from your location by Monday, July 22nd to make sure they get to the PO Box in Kansas City in time.? If you are in the Kansas City area, contact Nathan Kline at [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>?to arrange to turn in and have your sheets notarized in person.

Saturday, July 27th & Sunday, July 28th?- Deadline to turn in petition sheets in person in Columbia, MO. We have rented a location in Columbia, MO where Green Party volunteers will be working on Saturday afternoon/evening and all day Sunday, processing our petition and preparing it for submission to the Secretary of State's office on Monday, July 29th. If you will be turning in petition sheets in Columbia that weekend and/or wish to assist with processing our submission that weekend, please contact Nathan Kline at 816-561-0455 [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>?so that he can provide you with details. Nathan may also be able to hook you up with Greens that will be travelling to Columbia that weekend from your area that may be able to transport your petitions with them. There also may be funds available to help with the cost of lodging for you in Columbia, MO the weekend of July 27th if your can volunteer to help process our submission.? Monday, July 29th?- This morning Greens from around the state of Missouri will meet in Jefferson City, MO to submit our ballot access petition to the Secretary of State's office.? Everyone (especially our candidates!) are welcome to join us for this important event.? We will take pictures to be included with subsequent press releases and then we will all gather together for a celebratory lunch in Jefferson City.? VERY IMPORTANT?- We are making a final statewide call for Missourians to stand up and offer themselves as Green Party candidates for elected office this year.? Greens from around the state have stepped up, but we want to put as many Green Party candidates on the ballot this year as possible, so as to take advantage of this important opportunity that our hard working volunteer petitioners have provided to us. Please let us know?as soon as possible?if you are willing to stand up and give your community the opportunity to vote for a Clean, Green candidate that will not take corporate money and will serve the community instead. We will work with you to identify the offices that you are qualified for and help get you on the ballot.?
