The White House is acting as a temporary retirement home but that leaves the
question,who’s really in charge?

Jill Biden has been adamant that her husband stays in the race. She was
recently featured on the cover of Vogue, campaigns for him at major events, and
despite the advice of Democratic leaders, she is insistent that Joe Biden
remains the nominee.
