Dear John

Before Easter, almost 200 people completed our survey about the impact the
coronavirus outbreak is having on them and their communities. Thank you very
much if you were one of them.

That first survey gace us invaluable insights into the impact this is having,
and how people are responding. We have now worked with the Free Churches' Joint
Public Issues Team to launch a second survey, which will help us get more
specific detail.

PLEASE TAKE THREE MINUTES TO TELL US HOW LOCKDOWN AND SOCIAL ISOLATION ARE
AFFECTING PEOPLE IN YOUR COMMUNITY

We want to know more about how people are being affected by the measures put in
place to control the spread of coronavirus. We are particularly concerned that
those who are disadvantaged will be most affected, in unpleasant and possibly
unexpected ways.We are asking you because we believe that church members and workers caring for
their community may see these issues first.

Take the survey now at [[link removed]]

Best wishes
