The corrupt Supreme Court is out of control.

In a series of decisions over the past few weeks, the far-right majority on the Supreme Court has criminalized homelessness, legalized bribing government officials, and ruled that presidents may break the law with impunity—including assassinating political rivals or organizing a military coup.

Supreme Court Justices are doing the bidding of Republican billionaire mega-donors at the public’s expense, including by overruling a 40-year precedent called the Chevron doctrine, which empowered federal agencies to hold powerful corporations accountable, protect our workplaces and public health, and ensure that we have clean water and air.

In particular, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have voted exactly how far-right billionaires wanted—after receiving luxury vacations and lavish gifts worth millions of dollars from these billionaires who have business before the Court.

We need urgent action to hold these unhinged, corrupt extremists accountable.

Please sign to tell Congress: Impeach corrupt Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. They must be removed from the bench now.

Our country deserves a Supreme Court that’s acting in the best interests of the American people, not a court that is accepting bribes and taking away our rights.

In recent rulings, the Supreme Court also attacked reparations for marginalized people, overturned a ban on bump stocks (a tool used for mass gun violence), weakened workers’ rights, blocked the EPA’s ability to regulate air pollution across state lines, limited the SEC’s ability to take on fraud, and more.

This unhinged Supreme Court needs to stop legislating from the bench, and we must pass sweeping reform to hold them accountable and protect our rights.

We must expand the Supreme Court, enact term limits on Supreme Court Justices, and enforce a binding code of ethics. And we must expedite impeachment proceedings for Justices Thomas and Alito in Congress.
