Last night, we got word that the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) just dropped their first attack ads against me. This comes just after GOP Speaker Mike Johnson traveled to the district to headline a fundraiser for my extremist opponent. 

These ads are what you’d expect, playing into hysteria and fear-mongering in the name of stealing this battleground seat for Project 2025. 

But here’s the truth: Democrats in the House will be the firewall no matter what happens in the presidential election. Holding battleground frontline seats like mine is essential to prevent our democracy from unraveling.

This is not the time to stop. We need to push past. I need you today.
