When we passed Issue 1, we forbade Ohio’s out-of-touch GOP politicians from intruding on our personal healthcare decisions.

They couldn’t handle that Ohioans overwhelmingly defeated their efforts to ban our reproductive healthcare, so they’ve been dragging out Issue 1 in court every day since then. If we fail to flip the Court in November, Issue 1 is at risk of being dismantled.

But if we flip the Ohio Supreme Court – which we’re the only state in the entire nation with the chance to do so this year – the pro-choice majority will end anti-abortion obstruction and implement Issue 1 as voters intended.
