A court just ruled that Mississippi’s Republican-drawn legislative map violates the Voting Rights Act and must be redrawn.

We’ve seen this happen in Alabama, Louisiana, and now Mississippi — GOP lawmakers try to discriminate against Black voters, we rally for justice, and justice prevails.

But the fight isn’t over yet. As the redrawing process starts, we’ll be tracking it closely to ensure that Black voters receive the representation they deserve.
