Update on Phone Services 8:20am : 7/11/24

Phone services are restored for all City buildings on the ShoreTel system. Lumen was able to bring their Houston location up around 7 pm last night. However, it took several more hours for the intermediate locations to reset and come back online.

Staff have performed some preliminary testing of the system, and it seems to be performing within acceptable standards.
