About the job
As a Fiscal Analyst 2 within the Accounts Payable team of the Finance Division, you will independently perform general or specialized fiscal duties under general supervision. Your work will be guided by the state regulations, agency policies, and accounts payable?s procedures to accurately perform a variety of complex financial analyses of accounting and fiscal data. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of agency accounts payable in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), State regulations, and the Department of Enterprise Services? policies and procedures. Reporting to the Fiscal Analyst 5 supervisor, you will collaborate with Finance Division staff members, managers, staff from assigned agencies, other agency personnel, staff of other public agencies, contractors, and outside customers/vendors. Your responsibilities will be assigned both verbally and in writing, and you will operate at the Journey level under general supervision, adhering to established procedures and policies.
