They need someone to provide advice and guidance related to an existing internal compliance memo, and review the final memo. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	21+ HOURS Help Get debts Back for Sierra Leone Project Simwatachela Sustainable Agricultural and Arts Program [SSAAP] SSAAP needs a lawyer to help get debts repaid or work on well digging projects to be completed. There are 53 wells in Sierra Leone that have been paid for since 2019 that have not been completed, and the villages need the water. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	6—10 HOURS Write Labor-Friendly Employee Manual for Sex Ed Advocacy Org EducateUS This is a new organization focused on advancing progressive sex education looking to grow this year, and they need a robust and transparent set of employee policies in an easy-to-understand employee handbook or manual. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	6—10 HOURS Write a Memo for this Rare Disease Org to Collaborate Internationally Mission: Cure Mission: Cure would like to determine the best legal structure or to enable collaborations and fundraising outside the U.S. They need a lawyer to write a memo with options for structuring ways to achieve their goals in other countries, as well as suggested language for specific agreements if appropriate. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	21+ HOURS Help Determine Proper Tax Status for News Advocacy Org Rebuild Local News    Rebuild Local News is doing advocacy and public awareness in a number of states, and may need to set up a 501(c)(4). They need a lawyer to review their approach to advocacy and lobbying, and help determine if they are in compliance with 501(c)(3) requirements. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
