This week, my administration approved a $150 million fund to provide down payment assistance to first-generation homebuyers across Minnesota.
Minnesota has one of the largest racial disparities in homeownership in the nation. By targeting first-generation homebuyers and those historically excluded from homeownership with this initiative, we are giving people the opportunity to have something to call their own. 

John, we’re making a generational investment in housing and putting a down payment on the future of our state. But we have a lot of work ahead of us, and keeping Minnesota blue this November is essential.
