Join us for the Mending the Heart cohort and experience the community and power of mutual aid peer to peer counseling.
Dear ,
Last month we shared about Community Counseling, a peer mutual aid counseling program. It is an effort to provide a well-developed process for personal growth and relationship building that integrates community organizing, Indigenous wisdom, neuroscience, and effective therapy and mindfulness practices.
In this email, we share more information about the upcoming fall Mending the Heart Cohort training. Whether you’ve been in this social change work for a couple of years or for decades, you’ve probably noticed how much pain exists in our society and have held yourself and others through the ebbs and flow of this work. This Cohort is your chance to connect with others who are also doing social change work and to practice skills to increase your capacity to withstand emotional trials and tensions.

So so so so deeeeeply grateful to Fhatima, Ayni, my Triads, and the whole group for taking this step on the journey towards this vision. Get ready to go deep, yall.” - Arthur, New York
