Thanks to the multiple training courses that I have attended over the past few years, held by the Tactical Fire Arms Academy Team RESCUE UNIT, about life-saving maneuvers for those who are suffering a traumatic hemorrhage, along with the First Aid and BLS-D RCP procedures, I am proud to announce that I am now an Ambassador for STOP THE BLEED®.

Yesterday I visited the STOP THE BLEED® training and gained life-saving skills and knowledge.

Learned to recognize bleeding.

Learned how to apply various types of tourniquets and pack wounds.

I learned how to properly evacuate a wounded man from the battlefield and a lot of other interesting information.

Thank you @medhelp.4you for conducting training in our town. Special thanks to the instructors Serhii and Natalia.

It was cool!

My dream of attending such a training has come true!
