There has been some progress on the City's phone system. Our provider Lumen, was able to get their generators online and currently are trying to cool down their data center prior to bring any of the equipment up.
They are still having an issue with some of their breakers tripping and have multiple electricians troubleshooting the issue. Currently, there is no hard ETA for service restoration.
