This Thursday, on World Population Day, we will be hosting three former Population Matters partner organisations to an online event, Women in Conservation.

Dr Joan Castro (PATH Foundation, Philippines), Isabella Cortes (Women for Conservation, Columbia) and Wendo Aszed (Dandelion Africa, Kenya) will each speak about the challenges they face in their local communities.

They will touch on a number of issues including access to health, the ever increasing pressure on local natural resources and the impacts of the climate crisis.
