Here’s the good news: The Kansas Supreme Court just struck down yet another attempt by anti-abortion extremists in our State Legislature to limit abortion rights in Kansas.

Here’s the bad news: if my opponent wins this race, there will very likely be enough votes in Congress to ban abortion in states like Kansas that currently protect the right to choose.

How do we know this?

We know it because a majority of the House Republican Conference has signed onto a national abortion ban that’s so extreme it would criminalize not only abortion but also IVF in all 50 states.

We know it because my opponent is backed by extremist groups that are openly advocating for a national abortion ban.

We know it because the Kansas Republican Party has stated openly that they support banning abortion in our state — and that defeating me, our state’s only elected Democrat at the federal level, is one of their top priorities for enacting their agenda.
