We are excited to announce that Acterra: Action for a Healthy Planet has acquired Sustainable Silicon Valley (SSV), effective July 1, 2024. This acquisition brings together two organizations with a shared commitment to environmental sustainability and climate action.
Our two organizations have aligned missions and shared values, poised to enhance our collective efforts in education, water conservation, air quality, and sustainable transportation.The combination of Acterra and SSV will enable the organizations to mutually reinforce each other's work, greatly amplifying their capacity to serve the Bay Area residents and drive positive change on a broader scale.

| Drew Clark Air Quality Director
In his role as Director of Sustainable Silicon Valley Air Quality and Mobility Programs, Drew was responsible for a growing portfolio of innovative air quality and mobility programs, including SmartTA, Clean Air Equity Pilot, and Youth Air Quality Advocates. He also served as Board Chair for Sustainable Silicon Valley. Mr. Clark retired from IBM where he was Director of Corporate Strategy. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Drew held a variety of product development, management and executive positions.

| Dennis Murphy Water and Policy, Senior Manager
Dennis has many years of experience doing many things, from concerts and events to magazines, books and packaging, to enterprise network management to geo drilling, heat pumps and green buildings and state policy, research and advocacy. Throughout, he remains stubbornly committed to a civil, vibrant, engaged society achieving equitable, resilient and sustainable goals. Dennis previously directed the Water & Sustainable Life programs at Sustainable Silicon Valley. Before that, he led USGBC California, a statewide policy coalition, and launched initiatives in geothermal transfer and storage technology.

| Kerry Lindholm Accounting Specialist
Kerry is an Accounting Professional with over 25 years of experience. Most recently, she was a part of Sustainable Silicon Valley overseeing their accounting functions and assisting with grants, events and anything that came her way. Kerry spent the early part of her career working for KPMG and Arthur Andersen performing audits of public corporations and private organizations. She later held a variety of positions at PharmChem Laboratories, including Director of Customer Service, Director of Logistics and Sr Manager of FP&A. Kerry also spent over 10 years volunteering at various local school-based 501(c)(3)’s as their Treasurer and is committed to helping the community.
