I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional District, and our country as a whole:
SAVE-ing American elections
Secure elections are a key cornerstone for any representative government; without them, we won't have a country. That’s why I introduced the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, H.R. 8281, to ensure only Americans vote in American elections.
While 87% of Americans support proof of citizenship to vote, President Biden and Congressional Democrats have come out against my bill this week. Why are they so keen on non-citizens voting in our elections? The answer is simple: they want to fundamentally remake America with open borders and attack the integrity of our elections.
However, the Constitution is clear: only citizens have the right to vote. So let’s get my bill passed this week and SAVE American elections.
It’s time for the 25th Amendment
Our borders are open, our enemies are watching, and the President, frankly, isn't all there. One thing has become unequivocally clear: Biden does not have the mental capacity to lead our nation.
That’s why I introduced a resolution calling on Vice President Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment. This is not a partisan debate, but rather, raises a critical question: should a leader who struggles to articulate coherent thoughts be entrusted with the authority to deploy our nuclear arsenal?
Democrats face a clear decision: either they initiate the removal of the President due to his evident limitations, or they continue to purposefully lie to the American people.
