Ready for some friendly competition? Join us for a unique adventure on July 27 at scenic Lewis and Clark State Recreation Area in northeastern Nebraska. Choose your adventure between three events: a sprint triathlon with kayaking instead of swimming, a half marathon or 12-mile bike race.

Mark your calendar for anniversary event at Fort Hartsuff
Mark your calendars for Labor Day weekend, when you can enjoy a special anniversary celebration at Fort Hartsuff State Historical Park. To celebrate the 150th anniversary of when the fort was built, the park will host military and civilian reenactments, speakers, kids' activities, food vendors and more.

Patriotic quilts on display at Arbor Lodge
In celebration of America, and honoring our local veterans, Arbor Lodge State Historical Park is hosting a patriotic quilt display now through August 14, 2024. Stop by anytime during open hours to see over 25 Quilts of Valor and other quilted items, as well as historical interpretation.
