With its recent Trump immunity ruling, the Supreme Court has opened the door for criminal activity disguised as official acts, putting Presidents above the law. They now have the power to avoid the consequences of their actions.

The core principles of our democracy are crumbling.

It is clear that the Supreme Court is overrun by extremists and loyalists who are hellbent on pushing a political agenda, even if they have to risk our democracy to do it. The next President will likely be tasked with appointing more judges, and we’ve seen what happens when Trump is given that opportunity.
