Greetings #Team Alsobrooks,
Another great week on the campaign trail!
In case you missed it, here’s what’s been happening on the campaign trail and beyond:
We started off our Fourth of July at the Dundalk Fourth of July Parade! Thanks to everyone who joined us.
Next up – Towson! Thank you for the warm welcome at your Fourth of July Parade! So great to see so many supporters and familiar faces!
Thank you Catonsville! Our team had a blast marching in your Fourth of July parade! Looking forward to being back soon.
From Takoma Park to Montgomery Village, Team Maryland joined Congressman Jamie Raskin and April Delaney to march in celebration of our nation’s independence and the values and freedoms that we hold dear. Across our state, we made our collective voice heard. Now, let's make our voice heard by delivering victories for all the amazing Democrats running up and down the ticket.
Our last parade of the day – Annapolis! Great to be with Comptroller Brooke Lierman, State Senator Sarah Elfreth, Councilman Pete Smith, and Delegate Dana Jones. To all of the Team Alsobrooks supporters who joined on the trail, thank you!
We visited the Bykota Senior Center in Towson, one of Baltimore County’s busiest facilities, to hear directly from county seniors about the issues that matter to them. We spoke about concerns over this Supreme Court, protecting our democracy, and the need to keep the Senate to ensure we can build an economy that works for everyone. Thank you to Delegate N. Scott Phillips and Council member Julian Jones Jr. for joining!
Thank you to Dr. Ben and Kim Stallings for hosting us in Silver Spring! It was great to see so many familiar faces and to talk with healthcare providers about how we are going to protect reproductive care, reduce the cost of health care, and deliver for all Marylanders.
From Garrett County to the Eastern Shore, Team Alsobrooks started off our Weekend of Action in FULL FORCE. We were out across Maryland, hitting the pavement, knocking doors, and getting out the vote all weekend.
Next up on the weekend of action: canvass launches in Largo, Howard, and Anne Arundel with State Senator Sarah Elfreth. Shoutout to all the folks on Team Maryland who were out that day ready to send Sarah to Congress and our movement to the Senate!
From Columbia to Anne Arundel County, our weekend of action was a huge success! Team Maryland hit the pavement, knocked on over 12k doors, got out the vote, and made our collective voice heard. Special thank you to all of the elected officials who joined us out on the trail!
No better way to end our weekend of action than by meeting with so many D9 friends and familiar faces in Baltimore! Thank you to Lamont Riley for hosting us, to Dr. David Heiber for moderating a fantastic live podcast, and to Councilman James Torrence, Councilwoman Phylicia Porter, and Senator Antonio Hayes for joining us.
A packed house in Rockville! Thank you to Michael Strauss for hosting and all who joined us to talk about our grassroots movement and how we are going to keep Maryland blue! We’re fired up and ready to win!
The Alsobrooks X Raskin Democracy Summer collab is in full effect! Shoutout to all the students who are a part of this democracy fellowship and came out in full force to canvass on behalf of our campaigns.
What a great morning attending Sunday Service at The Sanctuary at the Kingdom Square. Thank you to Bishop Maclin and First Lady Peggy Maclin for the invitation and warm welcome. On Graduation Sunday, Angela was proud to help present scholarships to the AMAZING high school students!

GET INVOLVED
Sign up to volunteer to join our organizing efforts for the General Election and an organizer will reach out soon! Sign up to volunteer here.
In the meantime, we have to talk to Lottie, Dottie, and everybody! Download our Alsobrooks App and get the latest campaign updates straight to your phone so you can text your friends. We won this primary by mobilizing thousands of supporters to talk to thousands of their friends. We are going to have to do it again and on an even bigger scale. Download the app to get started at angelaalsobrooks.com/app.
We are launching our Alsobrooks Summer Fellowship! Are you a high school or college student looking to learn about campaigns? Do you know some young people looking to get involved with the campaign? Then have them join our fellowship program! Fellows are volunteers who commit 5 to 10 hours per week to talk to voters, help at events, and contribute to special projects. Apply at angelaalsobrooks.com/fellowship.
Want to work on Team Alsobrooks? We’re hiring! We have a large variety of positions we need to fill, including dozens of field organizers across the state. See what jobs we have opening and apply at angelaalsobrooks.com/jobs.
Here on Team Alsobrooks, we’re proud to be a campaign powered by grassroots donors. We believe in Angela's ability to go further and do better for our communities, and we know you do too! It’s going to take all of us working together to get Angela over the finish line this November.
