In the last 7 days, your FPC Law team has been busy.

While other folks took the week off to celebrate Independence Day, we were busy filing lawsuits against the tyrants in New York, California, and Washington DC.

And there are more planned on the horizon!

To break down the last week of action, we:

Sued New York to OVERTURN their body armor ban.

Sued California to STOP their new excise tax on guns and ammunition.

And sued DC to END their “assault weapon” ban.

And there is MORE coming. 

We have countless upcoming battles across the country. 

We have the BIGGEST ATF fight at the Supreme Court.

And we have plans to add even more lawsuits to our already 58 active pro-2a cases.
