Thank you to outgoing SFDP Executive Director, Emma O’Sullivan, who has been at the helm for the past two years. We are grateful for Emma’s leadership, for her many contributions as Executive Director, and for her long term commitment and service to our local immigrant community. Emma began as a staff attorney with SFDP in the early days of the organization, and was our legal director from 2019 to 2022. In her time at the organization, Emma has represented hundreds of clients including survivors of violent crime, detained asylum seekers, and many others.
“I’ve been incredibly lucky to call Santa Fe Dreamers Project my professional home for the past eight years, and to work alongside truly remarkable clients, coworkers, and colleagues. It’s rare to have an organization with such deep roots in the community, full of folks with stellar legal minds, huge compassionate hearts, and who live their values every day in pursuit of liberation and dignity for the immigrant community. I know the organization is in great hands with Miles coming on board, and I can’t wait to continue collaborating together in a new way.” - Emma O’Sullivan
We wish Emma all the best in her new position at New Mexico Center on Law and Poverty, and know that many will benefit from her future endeavors!
In solidarity,
Santa Fe Dreamers Project
