Minneapolis is a mix of urban sophistication and outdoor action. Minneapolis boasts the best park system in the U.S. and has a thriving culinary and nightlife scene. It's home to the Mall of America, the Walker Art Center — the most visited modern art museum in the U.S. — and several professional sports teams.
APHA sessions and events will occur at the Minneapolis Convention Center at 1301 2nd St. and the Hilton Minneapolis at 1001 S Marquette Ave. The Minneapolis Convention Center opened in 1990 and has 475,000 square feet of exhibit hall space. The convention center has hosted over 200 events and had over 700,000 attendees.
